What We Guarantee:

• Puppy health guarantee: Each puppy undergoes a comprehensive veterinary examination before being sent to their new home. This includes checks for overall health, genetic conditions, and parasites.
• Puppy health guarantee: All puppies are up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming treatments. You will receive a complete health record, detailing all vaccinations and treatments your puppy has received.
• Health Certificate: A certified veterinarian issues a health certificate for each puppy, ensuring they meet all health standards before being shipped.
• 14-Day Health Guarantee: We offer a 14-day health guarantee for any viral illnesses. If your puppy is diagnosed with a contagious disease within 14 days of arrival, we will work with you to ensure appropriate treatment or provide a replacement puppy.
• 1-Year Genetic Guarantee: We also provide a 1-year guarantee against any life-threatening genetic conditions. If a certified veterinarian diagnoses such a condition, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value or a full refund.
